Our collaboration were designed to bring local artisan talents together to create unique spirits. It starts with our own whiskey barrels, emptied after years of aging. Then working with our brewing and artisan partners, we select the beer, coffee, wine that we feel will best complement the whiskey. That beer, coffee or wine is rests in our barrels for up to a year before they are emptied and returned back to us, where we finish our bourbon, rye or single malt back into the barrels.

Ballast Point- the first of our collaborations. We used their imperial porter to bring out the coffee and vanilla notes into the whiskey. It’s rich and bold with hints of vanilla and coffee.
