Our collaboration were designed to bring local artisan talents together to create unique spirits. It starts with our own whiskey barrels, emptied after years of aging. Then working with our brewing and artisan partners, we select the beer, coffee, wine that we feel will best complement the whiskey. That beer, coffee or wine is rests in our barrels for up to a year before they are emptied and returned back to us, where we finish our bourbon, rye or single malt back into the barrels.

Modern Times- it was one of their early barley wines. Clean and smooth with hints of cherry and wine notes.
